Kia ora, I’m Clementine,

Originally from the UK, I moved to Wānaka in 2017 and feel very fortunate to now call it home. Outside of my work, I love being in the outdoors; whether that’s ski touring, heading into the mountains or exploring a new hut.

I have many years of experience working with children across education settings, with a background in early childhood education. It was through this work that my interest in children’s emotional wellbeing and development grew.

I am passionate about understanding children and what sits beneath their behaviour, while supporting parents to feel more confident, connected and empowered in their relationships with their children.

This led me to Child-Centred Play Therapy. I am currently completing my training with Child Play Works and am a registered member of the Aotearoa New Zealand Association of Play Therapists (ANZAPT).

I’m able to combine my experience in education with my developing practice as a play therapist, offering children a safe, accepting space where they can be themselves, express what they are experiencing and grow through the therapeutic relationship.
